Quotes & Pricing of our Bespoke Staircases
An initial price on your project does not require a site visit as we can provide pricing based on a set of plans or measurements provided. Unfortunately as all our stairs are custom fit to your home there is not a one- price-fits- all option so we advise that you contact our sales department or email your plans and within a few days we can have an accurate budget returned based on your preferences.
Site Survey for Signature Bespoke Stairs
Once a price has been agreed our site engineer will go to site and 3-D laser precision equipment take the required measurements and agreed onsite finishes with clients or contractor. Alternatively for off-site or BIM builds we can use client environment measurements to insert our stairs model within.
Staircase Drawings
Our drawing personnel produce 3-D and CAD drawings of your bespoke stairs which will are signed off by clients or their agents. Drawings will highlight the various elements of the stairs and required fixings etc. to ensure the best possible custom finish is achieved.
Staircase Manufacture
The signed off drawings go immediately into production and a schedule is set for installation. The majority of Signature Stairs are installed over two visits. The first installation is of the stair case structure, once this has been concealed, we then arrange the second and final installation adding steps and balustrades.
Signature Stairs Steps & Handrails
Our joinery partners have been specifically chosen as they match our dedication in ensuring that our step cladding and handrails are finished to the highest of standards. Made using all natural solid timber. Clients can choose from a myriad of natural timber types and finishes. Please note: we use natural timber products, clients can expect variances in colour, shading and grain in our products as part of their natural appeal. Where clients request timber to match a flooring product please know that this is not always possible, depending on the colour and processes the flooring had gone through. If we do try to match a flooring finish this is subject to a sample being approved and there is an additional cost (pricing will depend on how many processes are required to achieve the desired finish). Smoked finishes to timber can be extremely difficult to replicate. Please note: flooring boards are generally not an option to form steps from, during the manufacture process, boards will be cut, glued and sanded to form the required step shape and their factory finish will be damaged.
Regulation & Compliance
All standard products in the Signature Stairs range are regulation compliant and structurally approved. We work closely with our structural engineering partners to offer certification on any one-off projects.
